Hello everyone. I put myself in Doper jail for a few days, as I felt I was getting cranky. I think I’ve paid my debt to society, so I’m back and hopefully a kinder, gentler Nellie. I think I’ve caught up on the thread. **oopsie** , could you have a vitamin deficiency that’s causing you to be out of sorts? Or maybe you’re already taking vitamin and mineral pills. I don’t know how people get enough nutrients when they’ve had bariatric surgery, so excuse the ignorance, please, and I hope you feel _in sorts_ tomorrow. **nameless** , we’re onto you now. And a good early evening all. Got 50 stamps and some stuff from Kroger, then did my 900 yards of swimming and watched soccer (managed not to fall asleep, although it was a near-run thing). Will fix a bit of dinner here shortly, then we’ll see what the evening brings. **Unknown Avenger** , who knows, with all the ‘real-life-as it happens’ TV programming these days, you might find yourself on some program one day; hopefully they’ll get your permission first… **Sunny** , glad chicken, prescription and walk went OK. **Oopsie** , grumpy times happen; you’ll get over it, I’m sure. **nellie** , we’ll happy to have you, cranky or not. OK, need to forage some. Have to remember that HVAC guy is due tomorrow, so I actually do have to put on proper attire in the morning. Trash needs to head out to the curb too, either tonight or early morning. All y’all take care. ---

That is a _very_ fair — and good — question! I’ve been taking all kinds of supplements since the surgery\*, and my labs get checked every few months and adjusted as needed. I just had bloodwork done last week: the nurse practitioner had me stop taking vitamin D and start taking vitamin A, and my B12 went from three times a week to once a week. I wonder if any of that could account for anything?? I forgot to mention while eating a pork"steak" there was a bone I didn’t know about and busted the last piece of my tooth … the thing was I bit it so hard my tooth is now horizontal but the last hanging on my gum corner doesn’t want to give it up … . so it’s loose enough that I can play with it like an 6-year-old with his first loose tooth ---

How irritated should I get when the designer only answers half of one question out of 4 that I ask? And do I send back a snarky response after a few glasses of wine? These are simple questions, like, how big is that thing? And what color is it? And this other thing, what color is it? I get back “We’re going to the paint store tomorrow, we’ll be in touch.” ---

lol that would end up like a ; last season cheers ep where Carla got to run the bar for a night despite past experiences and sams better judgment apparently, shed make these insane old-world drinks and everyone would get extremely wasted which she did as expected one called "my redeemer liveth " and everyone pretty much woke up in the bar the next morning … Well they had a drew Carrey stand-in named Paulie who wasn’t the most socially aware guy … and apparently he and Carla got busy and Carla didn’t want anyone to find out while he wanted to brag to the world he got lucky … and sam had to explain to him on how to be classy about it so the only people who knew was sam norm and cliff … but there were jokes that other things happened and sam found a bra in the pool table … and says " I don’t even wanna know " as the show ends ---
