The dialogue in Firewatch was great and the voice actors did a wonderful job. Life is Strange was my favorite game of 2015. I can’t stress enough how much I disliked Undertale. The jokes didn’t make me laugh, the characters were annoying and to add insult to injury, they make you suffer through it a second time.
The one that stands out by it’s absence for me is Telltale’s The Walking Dead Season One. I’ve had a few games affect me emotionally before, but I don’t think a game ever made me flat out cry before. Sure, the game-play is almost non-existent, but as far as story-driven goes, I still haven’t played anything that has moved me to the same degree.
Thanks for the list though Idle. There’s three on there I have played, and they were all good, so I’ll be keeping my eyes open for the other seven.
I recommend Soma. Also Beyond Two Souls.
I couldn’t agree more. Walking Dead Season One is likely my favorite video game of all time, although it’s a bit of a stretch to call it a video game.
