How much would it cost to stage these same summits at one of the scientific posts in Antartica? I know it would be a bit inconvenient for hookers and gigolos, but Iā€™m sure the delegates could forego these perks for a week each year, if it meant saving the human race from itself. ---

To round up the property destroying anarchists, youā€™d still have to hold a convincing pretend summit to get them all in one place. Unless you are planning on door-to-door pick ups anyway.
