Interesting thing is that Dynergy stock has lost a third of _it’s_ value since the merger was aborted ([Chart](http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=DYN&d=c&k=c4&t=5d)), as fears grow about lawsuits (& general weakness in the sector). I don’t think there will ultimately be many winners in this matter.
