New animated series on Adult Swim, executive produced by Mike Judge, Greg Daniels (among others). As you can probably tell from the title, it’s about drugs and the pharmaceutical industry. Also about “them” and what they don’t want you to know. Steve Hely has written for some funny shows (Veep, 30 Rock, The Office, American Dad!), so that’s a good sign. ---

Yep, and I was unfamiliar with most of Joseph Bennett’s work until I looked him up. He was involved in Scavenger’s Reign, which I haven’t seen but looks amazing from the promos. He also did this short, which seems related to Scavenger’s Reign, and is pretty amazing itself. I watched the first episode. It was okay, but it didn’t immediately hook me. Has anyone watched all the episodes? Is it worth persevering? ---

When I saw the trailer I found the animation style so ugly I didn’t even attempt to watch an episode. ---

I’ve only seen about half of it so far, but have enjoyed it thoroughly and plan to finish it.
