It’s also happening inside the campaign. Unfortunately, a lot of the reporting on this is paywalled. If you can get into this New York magazine article, it will brighten your day. The first party is a succinct explanation of some the grift orchestrated by Brad Parscale. Trump “limited” Parscale’s compensation to between 700K and 800K but it looks like Parscale found a way around that.
