Netanyahu is coming to visit Individual 1. There is a massive outbreak of coronavirus in Israel, and the country is planning on doing a total shutdown. The Israeli delegation was told by the Washington DC police that they needed to stay in their hotel because of quarantine and the massive outbreak in Israel right now. The White House told them, “we’re in control, not the police.” The Israelis and the White House are now arguing over whether the delegations will wear masks, and socially distance at the White House. > ---

If they rented out their space to people who broke the law… yes, they actually do have some liability. I agree that it would have been better to penalize the people who were actually there and doing the actual violations, but by fining the business owner it will discourage people from renting space to known miscreants. ---
