It’s not Trump paying (which of course is impossible). The campaign has probably paid for some stuff at some point time (but I have no cite, so could be wrong). My guess is that they’ll dig it up and then suspend work until Jan 20, and then refuse to pay for finishing it. ---

I came up with this one myself. Maybe while Joe Biden is being inaugurated on the National Mall, Trump can have an alternative Inauguration and come down the escalator at the Mall of America. I’ve gotta laugh to keep from crying at this point. ---

I think the lawn got torn up during one of Trump’s campaign things and the campaign was supposed to pay to fix the damage. Of course, I didn’t believe that they actually would show any responsibility at all, but its possible I was wrong. ---

I did read that somewhere along the way, and I’m sure that’s the reason. Thanks for the assist. I will say that I don’t think Trump is classy enough to actually finish the job. He’s the sort who will leave butt flowers on the wall before grabbing up all the silver and bolting for the door, toilet paper stuck to his shoe. ---
