Sorry not to summarize–this URL isn’t providing a preview. PHOENIX — Two former presidents of the Arizona State Bar and five other attorneys have jointly filed an ethics complaint against 21 attorneys who went to court on behalf of President Donald Trump and the Arizona Republican Party after the 2020 election. The 8-page letter to the Lawyer Regulation Division of the State Bar of Arizona alleges the attorneys knowingly brought 10 “utterly meritless cases” against elections officials. “Confidence in the legal system is seriously eroded when attorneys treat lawsuits as a platform for broadcasting gossip and innuendo utterly devoid of factual proof, as a political stunt,” the letter states. ---

Didn’t we expect him to flail and thrash harder as time went by and he couldn’t overturn the election? At least not everyone immediately said “yes” to him - maybe some of those around him are starting to realize that he won’t be President after January 20 and that his ship is sinking. Run, rats, run! ---

During a CNN interview Bolton said that, if you think Trump has increased his level of lunacy since he lost the election, you are mistaken. All this is just another day in the Trump White House. ---

Are we going to have the, “usual suspects” pile on with supporting claptrap? The House Repulsicans don’t want to be primaried by a sycophant DumpsterFire supporter so they need to show their bonafides. If the court doesn’t throw it out directly (my guess); perhaps they could put it on the docket for sometime in January … 2029. ---

Yes and that Trump has no idea about this. Even Rudy was arguing against martial law in that meeting, I think even he knows it is over. Or maybe he just fucked up and forgot to file as an emergency, but I don’t think so, he has not completely lost his mind, he knows how to get on a gravy train. ---
