I think this will probably be the end of Trump the politician, but it won’t be the end of the %#@%! that we call “Trumpism”. There’s a nihilistic energy in this country’s politics, and if anything, this shit probably throws kerosene on that fire. ---

PBS did an interview with Iraqis who are outraged over the pardons of the Blackwater war criminals. And a Middle East expert whose name I missed, who said ISIS and other terrorist organizations will use it to prove to Muslims that the United States doesn’t care about them. ---

He’s signed Manafort’s death warrant. Manafort alone has remained utterly silent, because he’s the one who stole money from an oligarch. The payback was supposed to be access to Trump, but he quit/was fired quickly. He no longer has 5th Amendment protection. Does Trump not realize he’s creating an Army of guys who positively need to testify against him? Prison probably felt safer to Manafort than being outside will. Putin’s got a long reach, and the only thing he hates more than betrayal are guys who don’t deliver. ---
