I can’t help but remember that 4 people died in Benghazi. I’ve seen a number of lawyers state that Ford’s pardon of Nixon only stood because it was never challenged in a court of law. The opinion seemed to be that the blanket pardon could be set aside if it had been challenged in court. (I’d provide a cite, but I’ve seen so many discussions about laws, courts, politics, $45 and so on and so forth over the last few weeks that I no longer remember where or when I saw it, although I think it was one of the lawyer feeds on Twitter.) ---

Romney’s in Utah, so no way. I’ll give Mormons some credit for being dubious of Trump from the start (which is why Romney is free to criticize him) but Utah is very conservative. Dunno enough about PA politics to say anything about Toomey. Collins…maybe? Although she got hammered hard by the Democrats in the last election so I can’t imagine she’s happy with them, but maybe she’d go independent. ---
