He is, unfortunately, still in office, so the DoJ is still under his control (a situation that seems somewhat problematic and may need to be addressed in future). Basically, he is trying to fuck up everything that he will no longer be irresponsible for, to bury Joe the President under as must fetid shit as possible, so that he cannot get anything worthwhile done. ---
