They don’t care about reality, they are now engaging on Soviet style information management - no real surprise there, its just that if it does happen then USA will have lost its credibility on a scale that will be impossible to manage in international relations. ---

It’s gotten worse…the White House has now directed hospitals to send their coronavirus statistics to Health and Human Services (ie, Trump appointees) instead of the CDC. If they go through with this we won’t be able to trust a single covid stat ever again – or at least until January 20, 2021. ---

Some federal money to go toward job training and career counseling, especially for older folks who need a certain kind of guidance. Older workers no longer have access to guidance counselors from high school or college that the younger workers do and didn’t grow up knowing how to use the Internet for a job search. ---

Trump is in the middle of a “press conference” at the moment. All he’s done so far is bash Joe Biden - so it’s a campaign event but with the press instead of his usual adoring fans. ---

Trump is up for a career change pretty soon. Unfortunately, he’ll still be a burden to the Federal Government as I expect it will cost a fair bit to keep him safe in prison. Then again, he could always join one of those Aryan Brotherhood prison gangs. I bet they’ll take really good care of him after everything he’s done for them. ---

I’m curious whether they know that Bernie Sanders voted for the same bill back in '94. (He did.) You might consider telling them that. Would that vote be okay with them (which would be pretty darn inconsistent), or are they so idealistic that they would dismiss even _Sanders_ as too much of a sellout? I do agree that these folks are likely not going to vote under any circumstances, but it’s more fun to not do something because of outrage than it is to simply not do it. ---
