I guess it’s a good sign that there’s not enough new Trump clusterfuckery (the impeachment trial being old business) to keep this thread going without devolving into posts about obscure Catholic saints and Jewish Native Americans. ---

In fact, at the end of yesterday’s trial session they formally voted on doing some non-impeachment work tomorrow morning before the defense gets their thing going. That was kinda my point with the second paragraph there. It is an interesting tactic, break so many laws that we don’t have the time or resources to prosecute for all of them.
