It’s not Rudy filing this motion with the Supreme Court this time. It’s John Eastman, the same guy who argued that Kamala Harris isn’t eligible to be VP because her parents weren’t born in the United States. See my post in the Election ~~Day~~  ~~Week~~ Month thread:
