Huckabee’s father was happy to stand with Kim Davis when she denied marriage licenses to gay couples. I don’t recall any talk of it being biblical to follow the law then. I’m beginning to think conservatives will never tire of being complete hypocrites. ---

It’s simple: the law about gay marriage is an _unjust_ law, because it goes against Leviticus; the law mandating separating families — well, we can’t exactly find it, but wherever it is, it’s a _just_ law because … well, it’s in the Bible somewhere. If you turn it sideways and squint real hard. Sort of like a fnord. ---
