John Oliver reports that Novartis offered Michael Cohen nearly $1,200,000 for “advice on U.S. healthcare policies.” After the first meeting Novartis realized Cohen had neither juice nor insight but, without bothering with any future meetings, paid him nearly the $1,000,000 he was contractually due. Nice work if you can get it, hunh?
