Nancy spoke, then Chuck. They both made sure to point out that Trump failed to get Mexico to pay. They commented that Trump was catering to fear, and that the govt. can be reopened any time Trump wants to let go of his wall fantasy. ---

I can’t find it now, but I saw speculation (which is obviously not proof) that they were applying some kind of wrinkle-removing filter to his face, which led to some weird compression artifacts.
