So Chump is threatening to shut down the government again in three weeks. Makes me think of this Einstein quote: “The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.” ---

Trump will do as his loyal base insists, even if it means risking popular support, and especially if strategists think an independent run from someone like Howard Schultz (or someone else) could strengthen his chances of squeaking by in the electoral college. ---
