The regular Jack Daniels whiskey is more or less bourbon. Jack Daniels the label also makes a “Tennessee Rye” which is a rye, which is not bourbon. ---

I’ve had some very nice Iowa bourbon (I want to say Cedar Ridge but don’t hold me to that). Interesting that Trump has driven us all to talk about drinking. ---

Personally, I prefer a light and airy Michoacan to the overrated “Maui Wowee”. So far as I care, a smoky and expensive single malt Scotch may as well be Mad Dog 20/20. ---
