Personally, I would not be shocked if Tan the Conman were to show up at Congress carrying big bags of little foam bricks his [del]marks[/del] supporters paid for. He would expect it to play out like a scene in _Miracle on 34th Street_. He could even start throwing the bricks during his speech. When he runs out of bricks, he can take his shoe off and pound it on the rostum like another Russian. Wait. That last one might show he has small feet. ---

I like to point out that this demonstrates that the Democrats have gone from being the party of racist troglodytes to a much more diverse and inclusive party and that the racist troglodytes now vote for someone else. ---

Oregon is an interesting case. I grew up there, and we were never taught in school (in any of the classes I took) that the original state constitution barred the immigration of non-whites into the state. After the Klan gained strength there, it eventually just atrophied away because its members looked around for black people to lynch and the pickings were just too slim. ---
