His entire business model is based on screwing people and then hiring lawyers to prevent them from pursuing action against him. If that doesn’t work he bribes people or tries to pay them off. (I’m looking at you Pam Bondi, I hope the FBI has a special file cabinet just for you). What an EXCELENT PLAN!11!. It’s working GREAT! Just ask his long time ‘fixer’ Michael Cohen. And the 7 other people that are going to jail, and the 30 some indictments. ---

Would a suit require Individual-1 to testify in court? Could he be subpoenaed? And if he did, and his inevitably fucked-up, incoherent verbal testimony were shown in the SCotUS appeal, how would they handle that? Or would he claim that, as the defendant, he could not be compelled to testify? ---

What are journals of record — The N.Y. Times, SDMB or Twitter? I hereby nominate Nancy Pelosi and Robert Mueller for the Nobel Peace Prize. ---
