The states that are doing this know that the bills they are passing are unconstitutional based on the rulings of the Supreme Court in the past. They are doing this because they want one or more of these laws to end up in front of the current Supreme Court. Until that happens we don’t know if these will stay laws or not. ---

This won’t end no matter what way the Supremes rule because they will do what they did with the “Muslim ban” and just work around the rules. Or even just ignore it.
