I’m kind of surprised that the regional head of HUD is (apparently) a political appointee. I would have thought that would have been a civil service position. ---

The Rolling Thunder motorcycle ride which goes to Washington every year to raise awareness for veterans’ issues, has announced that they won’t be doing it any more, to concentrate on local events. Individual 1, while in Japan, claimed that the issues have been worked out and the ride will continue next year, and further on. So unless Trump knows someone who is willing to cover the costs, I don’t know what he’s thinking. ---
