7/03/19 Wilbur Ross says the Census Bureau will go ahead without the citizenship question. The Justice Department confirmed to Newsweek that the 2020 census would proceed without a citizenship question. Individual 1 tweeted he would consider delaying the census count, but Justice Department officials said that would not be legally possible.
