I didn’t glean it from the morning dew. But, no strong effort was made to put it in front of eyes and keep it there. I’ll also note that the media reported about child separations a year before the story took off. It only became a big story when someone reported that they’d lost the children, the public noticed, and the whole thing took off with the media putting and keeping it in the front of the news every day for a few weeks. There is a strong difference between reporting something and emphasizing something. If the left doesn’t care, the media tend not to care either. ---
