The figures for 2016 came from this [article](http://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/americas/donald-trump-throws-hat-easter-egg-roll-child-wants-it-signed-us-president-video-a7687796.html). I have not seen a confirmation of the 85,000 eggs last year. Perhaps it is an alternative count. To be fair, I did read elsewhere that only children under 12 get one of the wooden eggs, so perhaps there were enough. ---

Eighteen thousand, eighty thousand, they sound so similar. It would be an easy mistake to make. Maybe the phone had a bad signal when they were ordering. It seems a bit like the Stonehenge performance. _You see it right there: you wrote 18" tall._ In fact, this whole administration is starting to _Smell_ like _the Glove_. ---

By far the funniest thing I saw this morning.
