If you want to buy a property and the owner says it’s not for sale, you don’t cancel your meeting in a snit - you come over and give them the hard sell. To an actual real estate developer, “I’m not selling” is an opening offer. ---

It’s far more likely that someone told him Greenland was the _biggest_ island, he decided he should have it, and it was very not nice of Denmark’s PM to tell him no. ---
