Unfortunately, his narcissism, ignorance, and increasing dementia is going to have lasting detrimental global effects, both geopolitically and environmentally. An interesting question is how much of his bullshit does he actually believe and how much is feral conman cunning to manipulate his base for reelection? Which he may realize on some level is the only thing that may keep him out of prison once he’s out of office. ---

Well, to steal from and paraphrase some pundit I saw/ read somewhere recently (and I should try to find the cite to give due credit): Trump apparently no longer has functioning long-term memory. Among other declining mental abilities. But, as I asked above, how much is this is self-serving in regards to his base? I suspect some of his base think hurricanes devasting the coastal “elites” are somehow God’s plan, but tornados in the prairie Plains are just nature. Although, doesn’t the “elitism” on the East Coast begin in Northern Virginia and head north up to New England? ---
