The whistleblower complaint has been [released.](https://www.vox.com/2019/9/26/20884022/whistleblower-complaint-trump-ukraine-read) Appalling stuff. Giuliani is neck-deep in this. Footnote 4 on Page 4 indicates that his hijinks in Ukraine caught the attention of the Organized Crime Corruption and Reporting Project. Also an interesting picture of a completely untrustworthy and corrupt President abusing his office for personal gain while horrified staffers try to figure out what to do. ---

And another thing: Trump’s vocabulary. He keeps describing his phone call as “perfect”. How can a phone call be perfect? Is there an objective standard of phone calls that it can be scored against? I suppose someone with a functional high-school level vocabulary could describe it as appropriate, normal, unremarkable, adhering-to-standards, or successful…but that’s not our president. ---

It’s part of his religion, if one can really call it that. He’s a former disciple of Norman Vincent Peale and _The Power of Positive Thinking_. Everything about himself and things he’s promoting is always described in glowing superlatives. It dovetails with his current thing of the prosperity gospel (emphasis on the “prosperity”). Both are obviously appealing to someone with narcissistic personality disorder.
