It’s interesting that he said that not long before trump starts talking about his super good dictator friend’s “major rebuild.” I don’t know how he would fund it, but he must think there’s something in there for him to exploit some way. Maybe he thinks he can use the cachet of being president to talk/bully some private investors into a “deal” or something. I just wouldn’t be surprised if he’s got some ideas for how to make a bunch of money on this for himself while leaving others holding the bag. ---
