Oh yeah, the Mail is far worse. The Telegraph used to be reasonably reliable (albeit with a known right-wing slant) but the Barclays have adapted it to a “post-truth” world. ---

I admit it would be sweet for her to beat him in a second go-round, and she’s probably enjoy it as well. But it would be a sad commentary on the Democratic Party that they weren’t able to come up with any compelling new candidates. ---

It really wouldn’t be that much of a shocker. The appeals court ruling by Katman is narrow, with no conflicting appeals court opinions to be decided by the SCOTUS. Trump himself is not at issue here, only his accounting firm. Katman’s ruling made it clear that Trump’s defenses are irrelevant to the law as it applies to Mazars. This one could be decided quite quickly. Fingers crossed. ---

If the Supreme Court decides not to touch it with a ten foot pole, what happens then? And is it possible for the lawyers to transfer all requested paperwork back to The Prez and wash their hands of the matter? ---
