They won’t smile and yell “Freedom,” but they’ll blame Obama, or liberals, or whatever. Very few will blame Trump, even if their problems are immediately attributable to the ACHA. Of course, now the Senate apparently won’t pass ACHA, so who knows. I do know that if they fail to do anything and Obamacare remains the law, Trumpists will choose to believe Trumpcare passed, and will attribute all positive things about health care to it. ---

I believe they are able to turn their telescreens off, at least for a while. I’m not sure if they can during the Two Minute Hate, though. Hopefully an upcoming executive order will clarify that. ---

Which means that some of the people there will be eating lunch in their own offices (or labs). It really is a sad commentary on Americans that there is a perceived need for TV to be running in all sorts of common areas. I guess the upper class have hoarded all the golden stuff, so we have to go out of our way to get blessed silence. ---
