Trump cut backs to the CDC may be allowing the coronavirus to spread. My guess is Donnie Two Scoops thought these programs were intended to save dark skinned people and are therefor unnecessary. What no one could tell him was that what happens overseas comes to the USA - inevitably. But it was all part of his anti-science crusade. I think the WP’s tally only includes important lies made in a public or official context. Given that even Trump’s casual speech abounds with lies, exaggerations and half-truths, I’m pretty sure the total is at least 40,000 or so just since he took office. ---
