CNN’s Jake Tapper is reporting on his show that Lt. Col. Vindman has been fired from his WH posting and was physically escorted out of the WH by security. Maybe the first name on Trump’s enemies list to get the pike? Remember, this guy, unlike Cadet Bonespurs, is in the military and has a Purple Heart and shrapnel reportedly still in his body. ---

Not knowing how to pronounce “2 Corinthians” probably doesn’t say anything about Trump’s familiarity with the contents. If he actually did open a Bible (and it didn’t burst into flames immediately) and turned to the right page, it would probably saying something like “The Second Letter of Paul to the Corinthians” which doesn’t help with deciphering the standard abbreviation. But what it _does_ say is that Trump has probably never heard a sermon in his life, nor has he ever discussed the New Testament with any “fellow” Christians. ---

Then when Democrats gain it back, they’ll restore it. We’ll continue this way until grown-ups regain control of the Republican party. Stanford is unhappy with the results of the 1982 contest, so when they wrest control of the trophy they change the score to 20-19 Stanford. When Cal gets it back, they change it to 25-20 Cal. The CBP wing of DHS is very angry at New York, which is protecting the privacy of NYDL applicants (i.e., not letting DHS see citizenship status). - “Today, we sent a letter to New York indicating, because they took these measures, that New York residents are no longer eligible to enroll in these Trusted Traveler Programs,” acting Secretary Chad Wolf told Fox News host Tucker Carlson on Wednesday. New York state residents cannot “enroll or re-enroll” in the programs “because we no longer have access to make sure that they meet those program requirements, so we need to do our job.”\* “Trusted Traveler” programs pertain to international travel, making the trip though security somewhat less cumbersome. DHS has not said anything about the Precheck system that can expedite one’s passage through airport security and make it less humiliating. Most New Yorkers already consider the Cheeto-Faced ShitGibbon to be a worthless microbial parasite, and there is essentially no chance of him winning the state’s EVs, so he probably views NY as a soft target that he can hold aloft before the teeming, writhing masses of MAGAts to declare, “_Look how hard I fucked them!_” ---
