I think it was originally said of Newt Gingrich that he was “a stupid man’s idea of a smart man.” NO ONE has ever called the short-fingered vulgarian a “smart man.” ---

Any and every room he’s in.” A stupid man’s idea of a smart man, indeed. Although, I guess it could be technically true in the case when Trump is tweeting while alone in the bathroom. Could be.
