But I’m guessing that Trump was referring to supplies that will be exclusively for the use of Trump and those around him. For example, the CDC test kits are notoriously flawed. But South Korea has a large number of effective, working test kits. Trump has probably been informed that plenty of these Korean kits will be available to test anyone who works in the White House, so as to ensure that no infected person comes near him. Of course they’d have to keep such acquisition quiet, as many Americans would wonder why the White House gets the protection of frequent testing, but no one else does. ---
