Let’s visit What-If-Land, shall we? What if Hillary Clinton had won the presidency and 110 days into her administration she fired Comey for how he handled the email investigation against her. In that land, all the same Republican’s who are praising Trump for firing Comey for that very same stated reason, fully support President Clinton and her approval ratings soar into the 60’s. I should also mention that in this land unicorns shit M&M’s for all the kids and brown acid flows in all public water systems. ---

Both told the press yesterday that the decision to fire Comey was really based on the Deputy AG’s and Sessions’ advice about Comey’s improper actions and what they reported about the loss of confidence in him by the rank and file at the FBI. Trump himself quickly chimed in directly, saying that he intended to fire Comey before even talking to Sessions or the Deputy AG. When asked to explain the contradiction, Sanders basically said she only said what she said originally because she was operating on the info she had at the time (basically lies). To paraphrase someone else, both she and Spicey act like they should not possibly be expected to speak for the president or communicate his intent when their entire job is to speak for the president and communicate his intent. ---

“Better job” in the sense that she seemed calmer and more in control than Spicey. Not “better job” in the sense that she is not a lying shill for the Trumpster. Her facade of calm seems to slipping today. I guess working for Trump is a whole new form of “dog years”. ---
