I’ve only seen clips so far, but that Lester Holt interview with El Trumpo appears to have been one of the great surrealistic experiences of our time. Trump basically throwing all of his loyal aides under the bus re: the reasons for Comey’s firing was one thing, but that was easily eclipsed by his bizarre accusation of Comey as being “a showboat and grandstander”. Setting aside the absurdity of that statement for a moment, yep, I guess there’s only room for one of them in this town, eh? ---
