He’s a lying crook. Of course in actuality he is a lying moron crook, but it remains to be seen whether he’s lying/crooked in this particular case. ---

I know, it is very risky to accuse Individual-ONE of lying, but I feel confident that he is not actually taking the stuff. At the very least, WH medical staff are giving him cleverly disguised aspirin. ---

Some combination of 2 and 3 is my guess. ---
