Yours is from 2013. I think you might want to revise what you said to “Russian buyers WERE buying luxury condos” ---

Is there a silver lining here that Trump has exposed a number of severe inadequacies in our system of government which someone who wasn’t this incompetent could actually use, thus giving us time to fix them once this story is over? ---

The figure you quote is from the sale of 25 condos by one realtor, specifically by Lana Bell of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty in Sunny Isles, in 2013. It is not a figure for overall sales of condos in any one city, let alone in all of South Florida. Your second link is quite clear on where the statistic is drawn from. So were you too stupid to understand what you were reading and linking to, or were you just lying and hoping no one would notice? ---
