Way to go. That is abhorrent. Trumps taxes could easily be the “criminal” activity everybody is looking for. One person just has to show payment from the Russians to Trump, supposedly his tax return shows no income from the Russians. The Al Capone way to jail. ---

The letter said Trump had no income from Russian sources in the past 10 years, which is downright weasely, because for the past 10 years he hasn’t done much real estate development- he mostly did branding deals and worked in entertainment. ---

The article that cmyk linked to says that the republicans were speculating that Trump was in the pay of the Russians, so not likely to show up on his taxes. ---

If you look at the article, it looks like what the transition team knew about was Turkey, not the Kislyak conversations that discussed sanctions. Those conversations are the ones that left Flynn vulnerable to blackmail and are also the ones that Flynn supposedly lied to Pence about. At this point, it wouldn’t surprise me if Pence knew everything about everything from the moment he was selected as VP, however. ---
