The White House Twitter account tweeted a photo of the spouses of the NATO leaders that somehow, I am sure accidentally, left out the husband of the Prime Minister (male) of Luxembourg. Yeah **jasg**. [Chicago sold off its parking meters](http://chicago.suntimes.com/news/parking-meters-garages-took-in-156m-but-city-wont-see-a-cent/) and that didn’t work out well for the residents. They now have “surge” parking fees in parts around town. ---
