B/c this windbag declared for reelection the day after he was inaugurated so it’s like he knows time’s ticking for this graft. ---

His inaugural committee took in more that BOTH of Obama’s put together, but clearly spent much less. Where’s the rest of that $$$$ going? ---

Our strongman Trump is caving in to Mexico’s refusal to pay? What about ending the war on coal? Isn’t solar the enemy in that war? I suppose capitulation could be considered to be ending the war, but I don’t think that that’s what people thought he meant. I know! Let’s build the wall out of coal! ---

He asked for immunity to testify in front of the house and senate, and he did that fairly publicly. The request was rejected. He could very well be talking to the FBI under some sort of deal that we won’t hear about until later. Since he appears to be guilty of some crimes based on public information, and because he is likely to know incriminating stuff about higher-ups, he seems like a classic candidate for a deal. ---

Plus, seems like they not only have Flynn dead to rights, but also Manafort. I have to imagine that it’s easier to flip a witness if that witness thinks there is another witness who might flip as well. I note that, currently, one of the top twenty threads in GD is foreign policy related. It’s an interesting period for international relations with the USA effectively leaving the stage for a 4-year bathroom break. Well, apart from _support_ here and there. With Russia and its friends taking control of the Syrian issue it will be genuinely fascinating to see what occurs elsewhere. ---
