But this statement is incorrect. The loofah-faced shit gibbon (“LFSG”) has never gone bankrupt (to the best of my knowledge). Businesses started by, and sometimes run by, LFSG have gone bankrupt. Due to the way things work in the US, each business is a separate legal entity, and any one can go bankrupt without affecting any of the others. It is very, **very** common in real estate that each property is a separate legal entity. That way, if one goes belly up, the assets of the others can’t be attached; if one gets sued and loses more than covered by insurance, the assets of the others can’t be garnished. When LFSG Steaks, Inc. (made up name) goes belly up, the creditors can’t look to LFSG Suppositories, Inc. (another made up name) to satisfy Steaks debt. Lastly, while I don’t have any more access to the LFSG’s books and records than anyone else on this board, I’m fairly certain LFSG and his preferred investors have never ended up without a chair when the music stopped for his game of bankruptcy musical chairs. Because he’s a fucking scumbag, he has used bankruptcy as a way to avoid paying creditors after over-leveraging businesses and bleeding them for everything he can get away with. ---

I’ll withdraw “went bankrupt” then. He was a shitty and corrupt businessman who helped destroy six entities, swindling thousands of investors, employees and contractors due to lax bankruptcy laws. Daddy saved his ass with cash when he was failing throughout the 90’s, and provided a massive safety cushion by dying in 1999. ---

He is a shitstain on America, highlighted many other shitstains in America, and is a shitstain on the whole human race. But DT has (again, to the best of my knowledge) never gone bankrupt. 5 of his (likely) hundreds of business entities have. If the celebrity huckster didn’t brag to any camera pointed in its direction about how good of a business person it is, no one would even notice. This shit happens all the time. Entrepreneurs fail all the time, businesses go under, owners hopefully learn from their mistakes, and they start anew. No one celebrates [Warren Buffett’s failures](https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/20141017174711-461078-warren-buffett-a-profile-in-failure), because Buffett isn’t the consumate in-your-face asshole. Personally, at this point, anyone who does work for our shithead-in-chief should know to demand payment in advance, and if the hired party doesn’t, that’s their own fault. Even the shoe-shine guy should put the polish on, get paid, and then finish, rather than expect payment when he’s done. And if brick one of that idiotic wall ever gets laid, any contractor who didn’t demand at least 75% up front deserves the butt-fucking he or she will get when it is time to collect. ---
