Good thing we pulled out from that climate-change accord, eh? Clearly, climate change is a hoax! This storm is purely a coincidence. :rolleyes: As for Traitor Trump’s Charlottesville remarks, campaign-style rallies Arpaio pardon etc, I’m hearing speculation that he’s pandering to his base because he may be planning to take his base, split them off from the Republican Party and form a separate party with them. Normally I would dismiss this sort of musing, but anything is possible with this piece-of-shit president. ---

while watching water rescues ongoing in Texas I can’t help thinking there must have been some way to be prepared _ahead of time_, instead of “looking for resources” at this point. which is what Sen Cruz said he was doing - and he is inspired by the volunteers pitching in. no mention of\* why they have to\* in a first world country :dubious: ---
