You had me at, “Rupert Tumin Ditsworth.” I could have spent the better part of a decade trying to come up with the name for a dastardly villain character in a bosom-heaver novel and not done as well as that. He then left the car, opened the passenger’s door and pulled her out while choking her before driving away. Tarsey allegedly hit her more than 40 times, splitting her skull open. The girl also suffered a broken leg and broken nose. … the average height of a woman is 5 feet 4 inches. Tarsey, or Ditsworth, is 6’2” tall.\* It looks like not all of the blows were to the head – hard to break someone’s leg with a blow to the head, unless he ran over it driving away. _BREC Chairman Bob Sutton, who along and others within the local Republican ranks have called for Tarsey’s resignation, has now suspended Tarsey from his post as secretary._ At least they have done something. ---
