Both he and Rachel Maddow had shows on the now-extinct Air America 20 or so years ago. They got me through the day. I never found Franken that funny on SNL, but he was hilarious on Air America, like a radio version of Jon Stewart. ---

Any moderates have been driven from the party. They will not stand up to Trump for anything. Trump could order the gunning down of protesters in the street, and Republican senators and reps would tut-tut a little bit, and then settle down to explain why it was all the protesters fault in the first place. They have sold their morals and humanity a long time ago. ---
