Meh, even before Trump and the hurricane, their electrical system was in a desperate state of disrepair and in deep, deep, DEEP debt with frequent blackouts and customers paying 2 or 3 times what you and I pay for power. Skim through the link to the .PDF in my previous post. It may not seem like it now, but the hurricane coming in and doing the demolition work necessary to turn the page and elicit a response was probably the best thing that could have realistically happened to get that situation fixed. ---
