It’s pretty obvious what the position entails. It entails being a warm body that the Administration can point to as being in the position. I seem to remember that the administration said it was requesting something on the order of $10M to address the problem (can’t find anything with a figure above $0 right now, though). It reminded me of _The Mouse on the Moon_, in which the Duchy of Grand Fenwick requested the U.S. State Department approve a grant of $5K so it could fund research into a proposed moon launch. This is just about as plausible. ---

Sanders is doing the press briefing and it looks like she drew on her expression. Her left eyebrow has a more pronounced arc than her right. Makes her look like Spock. ---
